The Greene County FFA chapter attended the South Central Northern Region Sub District FFA contests on Feb. 26.
Contestants received a gold, silver or bronze rating with the top three advancing to district competition in each contest with one alternate. The following students advanced: creed speaking – Gwen Black (gold); ag broadcasting – Wade Wuebker (gold); extemporaneous speaking – Reilly Niles (gold); parliamentary procedures – Mason Burkett, Jolee Wessling, Molly Hoskins, Mac Adamson, Abby Badger (silver); prepared public speaking – Noelle Gray (gold).
Also competing were: job interview – Wyatt Funcke; conduct of meetings – Samantha Hardaway, Emma Larson, Haley Hall, Kolin Reed, Ben Bravard, Tom Gannon, CJ Muir; chapter quiz – Eli Muir, Dylan Fouch, Brian Rasmussen, Spencer Kirk; Greenhand quiz – Emily Bettey, Connor Gibson, Chasity Derry, Cody Hiers and Emily Finch.
